Here’s DK Furoba episode 6!

I don’t really have anything to say about this episode since it’s more like a drama with a storyline, but please enjoy! 😁

It’s about fortune-telling, and it’s quite refreshing to watch on a midnight while drinking (Hey, am I mistaking myself with someone else? 🤣) Sorry, I just can’t help laughing whenever I remembered what Kisumai members’ impression of this drama when they talked about it on Kisumai ANNP last week LOL.

Translation notes:

• The poster with Fujigaya Taisuke “色気持ってるぜ (I’ve got sex appeal, yeah)” is a parody of a 1957 movie poster “俺は待ってるぜ (I am waiting)”. Looking at the pattern of the previous posters, they usually only changed one or two words and keep the whole sentence the same. Only this poster, they basically changed everything except the ぜ part. But if you look at the kanji, 持つ (have) and 待つ (wait) kind of look similar. So I think they’ve played with this as well.
• KOUGU Ishin duo is the guest in this episode. Their peculiar way of speech/Edo period speech and their striking appearance/costume had been their unique point. In this episode, they are acting as themselves, thus the weird speech. I didn’t translate it with old English speech (I don’t have the skill to write in that style anyway 😅), and I might not understand 100% of what they said, I translate it based on whatever I understand, so pardon any mistakes. Feel free to point that out for me though! 😁
